Because nothing screams fall quite like a good denim pant with pockets full of caramel, we created custom jeans with 30 tiny pockets—each perfectly sized for Werther’s—so you can carry the Official Flavor of Fall with you everywhere. Now known colloquially as 'the Jerthers,' this PR-led sweepstakes campaign blew our expectations out of the water, earning 392M impressions, 92K site visits, and a 61% higher engagement rate than projected.

From developing the initial mockups and sketches to finalizing the shot list in collaboration with the creative production partner and client teams, I played a key role in art directing this photoshoot and bringing the idea to life, including designing the microsite wireframe and media mailer kit. One of the biggest challenges arose when legal issues prevented us from selling the jeans to consumers—just as we were preparing to pitch the campaign under embargo to the media. Ultimately, the team worked closely with the client to problem-solve, and we successfully pivoted to launch the concept as a sweepstakes.
